By accessing this website and placing any service, fitment test, or AMC booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sharaj Electrotech (“we”, “our”, “us”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services
Sharaj Electrotech provides golf cart related services including:
- One-time service bookings
- Fitment test inspections (online and on-site)
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services
The exact scope of service depends on the service type selected during booking and the condition of the golf cart.
2. Booking & Payment
All service, fitment test, and AMC bookings must be placed through the website with full payment in advance.
Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and internal verification.
Sharaj Electrotech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational constraints or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Fitment Test Requirement for AMC
AMC services are available only for golf carts that have successfully passed the fitment test.
If AMC is purchased without fitment approval, AMC will not be activated until fitment inspection is completed and approved.
4. Service Visit Conditions
Customers must ensure the following during service visits:
- Golf cart must be present at the service location when technician arrives
- Safe access to the service area must be provided
- An authorized person must be present during service
If the vehicle is not available:
- A waiting time of 30 minutes will be provided
- After 30 minutes, ₹50 per 15 minutes delay charges will apply
- If the vehicle is not available within 60 minutes, technician will leave and visit will be marked as service attempted
In such cases, service charges will not be refundable and a fresh booking will be required.
5. Service Scope Limitations
Booked services include only standard inspection and basic maintenance as per service type.
The following are not included unless separately approved and billed:
- Spare parts
- Batteries and electrical components
- Major mechanical repairs
- Accident damage repairs
Any additional work will be carried out only after customer approval and additional payment if required.
6. AMC Coverage Terms
AMC covers only scheduled preventive maintenance services during the validity period.
Breakdown services, emergency visits, and major repairs are not included unless specified in AMC agreement.
AMC is:
- Valid only for the inspected golf cart
- Non-transferable
- Not extendable beyond agreed validity period without renewal
7. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
GST and any government-mandated charges will be added to the final billing amount.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy page available on the website.
Users are advised to review the refund policy before booking any service.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Service schedules may be affected due to traffic conditions, weather, technical issues, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, Sharaj Electrotech may reschedule service without penalty.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service operations.
Sharaj Electrotech reserves the right to restrict access or cancel bookings in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sharaj Electrotech shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing defects in golf carts
- Losses due to misuse of equipment
- Delays caused by factors beyond operational control
Our liability is limited strictly to the service amount paid for the respective booking.
12. Policy Changes
Sharaj Electrotech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be published on this page and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
